You can reach out to customer support by emailing admin@spritehollow.com or completing the form on our Contact Us page. We will respond within 24 business hours.

We only record enough information to facilitate our obligations to you. If you purchase any physical product from our website, typically that information will include your name, email, telephone number, and address. We do not store your credit card details. All credit card transactions are processed through the Stripe payment processing platform.

Our Website, eCommerce, CRM, and Accounting is run entirely on the Odoo ERP platform and hosted securely in an Australian data centre. We do not store any customer information on any local device.

We use Brevo for email marketing.
